9 Months and counting

Okay with all the crazy of Grandpa Boyd's funeral in the middle of packing and then moving and now unpacking I completely missed Tanner's 9 month post and boy has he grown.

Guess who's walking!!!! Thankfully not Tanner but this boy can crawl to the middle of the room and stand up, without help or a prop! He's got great balance. And when he does that he knows how amazing it is, 'cause he starts squealing with joy.

Tanner can wave, he of course chooses when he wants to but his little wave goodbye melts your heart. Thanks to Aunt Brie for teaching him.

Tanner loves to click his tongue. No rhyme or reason to it he just clicks away.

He loves the rain. Which is good 'cause people said to expect lots of rain. We open the blinds and he crawls as fast as he can to the window to get a better look. He also tries to eat the window or play with the blinds.

Tanner loves his big brother. The joy on this boys face when big brother comes to play with him is pure.

Tanner loves to steamroll you. You lay on the floor for even a second and he thinks the game is a-foot. He crawls right over to you, spins around, throws himself on you and proceeds to roll back and forth in an attempt to flatten you into the ground. So funny.

The young ladies in our new ward are already gushing over him and making a point to mention they'd love to babysit.

Tanner got another haircut and did really well.

Tanner loves to eat crunchy snacks, jello and pickled anything. His facial expression makes one question if he really likes it, but he keeps eating, so he must.

Favorite toys, Any of big brothers toys. Mostly the ones big brother is currently playing with.

Stairs! I am a nervous wreck. Tanner likes to try the stairs but he also likes to get four stairs up and then stand and sit back.

Baby safety gate: He thinks it makes a great drum.

TUB: Tanner loves the tub now and when big brother jumps in with him he loves it even more.

Squealing. We are trying so hard to teach Tanner sign language. He needs a different choice other than his current ear piercing scream. I'm considering buying a bunch of ear plugs and delivering them to the neighbors as an apology. Seriously it's loud!

Two more teeth. We have to on top and two on bottom and now two more just popped through. Right beside his top teeth. Poor kid, but two at a time is not all that bad. Bring it on.
