Birthday Snuggles

4-20 2012 and finally the best birthday hugs EVER! (no offense to those that tried in the past but common, nothing beats this.)

It happened again.  I'm sure you've all experienced this but man it caught me by surprise ... again!  Today's adventure was bath day and, in case you were wondering, it went so much better than before.  Mason's getting used to it and he really liked the warm water across that hair.  I think it also helped that I had music going on in the background, he loves to listen to all kinds of music.

Anyway, after I had him back in his clothes all wrapped up again and was holding him in one arm while putting something away with the other (learning to multi-task GO ME!) - I glanced back down at him and he had the biggest smile on his face.  It was so big it actually startled me!  My heart jumped and I swear I gasped.  It was a smile that lasted longer than the usual ones brought on by gas.  I'm sure he was smiling because he knew mom did a good job with his bath, right? That's it, right? (hehe I'll think that and not because he was laughing at how awkward his mom was acting at the moment)

This little boy has the most beautiful smile and I love that I can bring it out of him.
