Finally Five!

For weeks and weeks, when Mason talked to anyone, he would announce that's he's still four but he'll be five in April. He even got to the point he was counting down and all the neighbors (most we hadn't even met yet) they all knew that this boy was going to turn five on April 4th.

He's Lovable, Enterjetic, kind, and helpful. I love my Mason. He makes the most amazing big brother.



MASON'S FAVORITES:

Playing with Daddy.

Playing Daddy Loves Ice (aka: SORRY)

Bowling (Though he hasn't done it since Tanner was born, he still remembers bowling with Grams at the South Point Casino)

Building with Blocks.

Brown Bag projects for preschool. (Mostly Science activities - Such as Cup Stacking)

Writing letters to his cousins (he writes them himself with very little direction from mommy)

Playing on the Monkey Bars at the Park

Peanut Butter and Honey.

Playing with Baby Brother. Hide and Seek or Wrestling.


He loves to draw and color.

Reading books is his favorite way to end the day. (also laying in bed with daddy)

Likes the BFG movie, and Moana is the most amazing movie in the whole world to him.

MASON'S NOT SO FAVORITES:

Shots. He's a little nervous for his Dr appointment tomorrow. He's ready but not so excited for his shot.

Mac and cheese or Peanut butter and Jelly.

Excited he's 5 Because: 

He gets to go to School in the fall and ride the bus

He gets to play T-ball and make new friends next month.

He really wants to play soccer, but assures me he can wait until fall.



Truthfully, it's taken me days to write this post, I think I'm denial. We're about to enter a whole new phase of life and I can see exactly where it leads. School, friends, sports, and practices. We're about to become busier and then not far behind, is Tanner. It's going to be an adventurous change. Feel free to watch us as stumble and fall and get back up to try again.
